What happened to your previous doctor's appointment?


When was your last experience to discuss about your health with your doctor, and he taught you the best way to prevent getting sick? I am sure that it never happens right?


The fact that most doctors never taught about prevention from their medical school. Also, they are just too busy to deal with people’s illnesses. They just don’t have time to look into how to prevent illnesses. Nowadays, doctors wait until you get sick, then they will sign off series of medications to suppress your illnesses which cause side effects.


For me, I preferred talk to everyone about prevention rather than cure, process by using simple, effective methods everyone can do it easily. First eat lots of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and sprouts including other green leafy vegetables. They activate your fountain of youth pathway because they store enzymes called myrosinase and glucoraphanin. These two enzymes together to form a very powerful all-purpose healer called sulforaphane. – well known to reduce the top three causes of mortality – heart disease, cancer and dementia.


Second eat lots of citrus fruits like orange, grapefruit, also all kinds of berries which gives you the Vitamin C. Also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.


Things you also need to know that most fruit and vegetables are exposed to the pesticides and other toxins that are wreaking such havoc on human health in the first place. So, shop organic which will reduce these harmful substances.


Preparing cruciferous vegetables, after they cleaned and chopped, best to leave it for an hour before cook. Due to the fact that after you chopped the veggies the myrosinase and glucoraphanin will begin to form sulforaphane. So, given time can increase the level of sulforaphane.


Lastly if for any reason you’re unable to consume enough of cruciferous vegetables and citrus fruits daily (WHO recommended 400g or 5 portions a day), you must consider supplementation to supplement the above daily.
