With over 3 decades in sales & and marketing, my business has been totally focused on building a strategy of marketing and teamwork. Over the years, I worked as a business consultant for many well-established businesses with multi-million turnovers. I helped them to develop their sales and marketing strategies, and provide training and support to their sales & and management teams, to improve their customer care and communication skills.
Since getting involved with Network Marketing 10 years ago, I quickly noticed that some people have successfully built their networks with large sales volumes, but later found it difficult to sustain their achievement. Many are so determined to duplicate the high achievers, but they struggle to realise their own goals.
